Trigon Cyber Focuses on Community

September 17, 2021 - Trigon Cyber is more than a technology company focusing on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), technology protection, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. The employees at Trigon Cyber have a strong commitment to giving back to the community.
Trigon Cyber sponsored the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology’s free virtual presentation on Childhood Genetic Disorders by Greg Cooper, PhD in April 2021. Heather Schonrock, Trigon Cyber’s President and Chief Operating Officer is also an Ambassador for HudsonAlpha. “The Childhood Genetic Disorders presentation was a wonderful opportunity for Trigon Cyber to give back and let the community know what services are available right here in Huntsville. With a child on the Autism Spectrum, this cause is near and dear to my heart,” says Heather.
In addition, the company has set up a program called TC Cares (https://www.trigoncyber.com/tc-cares). “Covid-19 is taking its toll on all aspects of life as we’ve known it. Trigon Cyber understands just how hard things have become and wants to show our thanks to those who have been helping our community during this time,” according to the website. “Ideally, the groups would be those along the front lines such as doctor’s office, administration and staff at a school, janitorial services, retail, etc. We want to give these workers acknowledgement for what they are putting on the line to help our community persevere through this ordeal.” Care Assurance System for the Aging (CASA) of Madison County was the inaugural recipient of our program with a surprise “Thank you” breakfast for their employees. Trigon Cyber plans to continue the TC Cares program for the long term.
Trigon Cyber is proud to have employees that support local, regional, and national organizations with both their time, talents, and capital. We have supported the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run, HudsonAlpha, University of Alabama in Huntsville, the Alzheimer’s Association, Scouts BSA, the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra Guild, the United States Figure Skating Association, the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, the Special Olympics, Energy Huntsville, the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, Felines & Canines Hunter Stephenson Rescue Center, Friends of Rescue, North Alabama Foster Closet, and many others.
“Supporting our community is part of Trigon Cyber’s responsibility,” says Heather. “It’s about improving the quality of life for everyone.”
